Easy to set up and use

Creating email campaigns is simple and easy. Zoom Mailer allows you to effortlessly setup your email list and account information, use your own HTML design or choose from dozens of Zoom Mailer templates, and easily measure the success of your campaigns. Choose from three different types of messages: a text email, (coming soon) rich text email (with images and hyperlinks included) or import an HTML email for the campaign.Once the campaign design is ready, you can create an auto response with your campaign to quickly respond to customers.


Dynamic Fields

With zoommailer you have the capability of embedding up to two dynamic fields in your mailers. This can be used to add dynamic information within your emailer. For example: You can give each user on your list a unique link with user ID and password to log on to your website directly. The user ID and password fields must be uploaded with your list in the following format: "email address, first name, last name, dynamic field 1, dynamic field 2."

Contact (list) management

Email distribution lists are easy to import/export, and email bounce handling and email address subscribe/removal are automated. Organize your contacts into groups so you can target a particular group with a campaign. When you import or manually enter an emailing list, Zoom Mailer will search for and inform you of any duplicate addresses.
