Q How do I create and manage LISTS?
A Once you are logged in, the LISTS option can be viewed. It will have the list of all the LISTS created and the details corresponding to them. It has 5 sub options

Q Do I need to know HTML to create an email campaign?
A Absolutely not! You will be able to create campaigns by simply selecting any ONE of the following three options:-
1. Upload a HTML file
2. Enter a URL (if you want to send a webpage for a campaign)
3. Simply pasting your content in to HTML text editor



You can either see the preview of the campaign then save it or can directly save the campaign.
You can now proceed with the campaign.

Q What is the procedure for launching a Campaign?
A Click the Launch Campaign link in the Campaign page
   
Q How can I be assured that the email Campaign I sent will be in the format I wanted?
A We have a provision for that in Zoom Mailer.Once the Campaign is saved successfully, you can go to the Manage Campaign page and choose the Test Campaign option (You can view the above picture to help yourself find that option) you can test your campaign by sending it to your own email address.

Here you’ll find a general overview of all campaigns and detailed information on the number of emails sent, delivered, opened and bounced.
  • Emails are tracked and outcome per receiver are recorded so that you know who opens and reads your messages, and who clicks through on your links
  • Results are updated instantly for real-time viewing
  • Bounced emails are reported so that you can update your email customer list
   
Q Can I see who opens my email campaigns?
A Yes, you can see the email addresses of those who opened your emails as well as the number of links clicked within your email campaign.
   
Q Does Zoom Mailer give me any information on the bounced emails?
A Yes Zoom Mailer has a bounce management feature that allows you to see which mail addresses are bounced. The list of bounced emails can then be used as reference when the campaign has to be sent again.



Zoom Mailer also gives the privilege to view the graphical reports through Bar Graph and Pie Chart for better analysis of the Campaign reach.
